Fall in Vermont
My favorite season
We have been having some absolutely beautiful days lately. Today the sky was clear blue all day, the leaves are just amazing right now, and the town of Newfane has thousands of people up from the cities to "leaf peep" - it’s a yearly event. All sorts of people come up from New York City, Long Island, New Jersey, and Connecticut to drive around looking at the foliage and generally getting in the locals’ way, but it’s okay. There are worse things they could be doing. :)
Here are some photos around my own house:
The temperature was cool, the colors are “peak” and brilliant, and Fall is one of the reasons I love Vermont so, so much.
