Two days ago I harvested this year's crop of garlic. I've been growing it for about ten years now - every year I save the largest bulbs for planting, so they have been getting adapted and bigger every year. After they cure here in this covered open-air shed for about a month, I will braid them. The whole shed smells wonderfully of garlic!
I just started almost a year ago and check to harvest....super small now but hopefully they'll get a little bigger. They were a small variety though in the first place. They need to get a little bigger... I pulled one out yesterday to check and washed it off and keep in front window in a little vase with just enough water for the roots so I can watch it growπ Harvested my first little crop of potatoes. They were small compared to what they're supposed to look like. Hmmm. Just a beginner. I'm interested to know where to find Wormwood seeds to plant.
